If you believe a merchant, payment page, or other activity involving ChainerTX is being used for abuse, fraud, or unlawful conduct, send the details to our abuse reporting address.

What to report

Activity we should review

  • Phishing, scams, fraud, or deceptive payment requests
  • Impersonation or unauthorized use of the ChainerTX name or brand
  • Payment pages connected to illegal or prohibited goods and services
  • Malware, spam, credential theft, or other harmful activity
  • Suspected money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financial crime
  • Any other misuse of ChainerTX services or infrastructure

Include evidence

Help us identify the activity

  • The payment page URL, merchant name, or ChainerTX payment reference
  • A clear description of what happened and why you believe it is abusive
  • Relevant transaction hashes, wallet addresses, dates, and timestamps
  • Screenshots, messages, or other evidence that can support the review
  • Your contact details in case we need clarification

What happens next

Reports are reviewed using the available evidence.

We may request more information, restrict access, preserve relevant records, or refer a matter to the appropriate service provider or authority when warranted. Privacy, security, and legal obligations may limit what we can disclose about a review.

Never email passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or other credentials. ChainerTX will not request them to investigate a report.

For an immediate threat to life or physical safety, contact local emergency services first. For refunds, fulfillment, or order-specific disputes, contact the merchant shown on the payment page.

Submit reports in good faith. Deliberately false, misleading, or abusive submissions may delay legitimate investigations. Information you provide will be used to assess and respond to the reported activity.
