1. Overview

ChainerTX provides crypto payment gateway software for merchants. By creating or completing a payment through a ChainerTX checkout, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments

Payments are processed on blockchain networks according to the asset and network shown at checkout. Network fees, confirmation times, and wallet compatibility vary. Always verify the amount, network, and destination before sending funds.

3. Settlement

Settlement follows the configuration agreed with the merchant. Transfers made through the wrong network or to the wrong address may be irreversible and may not be recoverable.

4. Merchant responsibility

Merchants are responsible for their compliance obligations, customer support, refund policy, product fulfillment, and the accuracy of invoice information. Customers should contact the merchant shown on the checkout for order-specific issues.

5. Refunds

Blockchain transfers do not reverse in the same way as card payments. Any approved refund may require a separate transaction and correct destination details from the customer. The merchant's refund policy governs order-specific decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainerTX and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of payment pages, blockchain networks, third-party wallets, or merchant products.
